This is how I do this great Indian recipe of making Sweet Lassi.

1 bowl of milk yogurt.

3 spoons of sugar.

Mix it all in with milk yogurt being cold.

This would be like a milk shake but not as sweet.

Last but not least, you can add pistachios at the very top as a source of protein.

Here are the ingredients that are needed for the Mango Lassi:

  3. Yogurt.
  4. Sugar
  5. And a dash of Cardamom
